Cookies

1. We use cookies on the sprinkler-systems.eu website, which may be used by its IT system or IT systems of other entities.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. The administrator of your personal data is Instalacje Tryskaczowe sp. z o.o., contact@sprinkler-systems.eu.
2. Your data is therefore processed for the purpose of:
   • handling complaints, i.e. taking actions by the Data Administrator in connection with your exercise of rights arising from the warranty or guarantee;
   • using the service of contacting the Data Administrator;
   • for marketing purposes of our website, store, goods and the Administrator itself.
3. Your data will be processed for the time needed to provide services via the website sprinkler-systems.eu, and after their provision is completed for the time needed to demonstrate the correct performance of the Data Controller’s obligations to you via this website. This period will correspond to the length of the limitation period for claims. Your personal data relating to marketing activities will be processed for the duration of their conduct by the Data Controller or your objection to their further processing for this purpose.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for you to use the services offered via the website sprinkler-systems.eu. 7. If you believe that your personal data is being processed incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
8. The data administrator may entrust the processing of your personal data to other entities based on an agreement concluded with them to entrust the processing of personal data. The recipients of your data may be: entities providing hosting for the website and online store sprinkler-systems.eu, dealing with its security, providers of tools for analyzing website traffic, providers of tools for displaying advertisements tailored to your preferences, providers of statistical tools, state authorities authorized to do so under separate regulations, payment operators, couriers and postal services delivering purchased products.
9. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b), c), f) GDPR. The legitimate interest of the Data Administrator is to conduct marketing of its own services and to be able to respond to your message.
